The mandrel of slitting machine is the main part of the uncoiler of slitting line. This structure has jaws. The main parts of the mandrel manufactured by our company: segment plate, principal axis, etc. are made of 42CrMo alloy forgings, which are qualified after Uitrasonic Inspection - Rough Machining - Uitrasonic Inspection - Tempering - Semi-Finishing - Aging - Finishing Machining, and grinding and assembling according to the requirements of the drawings. The gear position of the transmission part of the reduction box is installed on the main shaft, and the position of the bearing and the true circle of the mandrel sector plate and the bearing position of the end cover shaft are on the same datum plane and the workpiece is processed together. In this way, the accuracy of the true round part, transmission part and support part of the mandrel is well guaranteed.
