The principal axis and inclined-wedge are made of 42CrMo high alloy forgings, which have been quenched and tempered. The working slope and bottom of the inclined-wedge are inlaid with copper sliding plates to increase the wear resistance of the workpiece. When the mandrel expands and shrinks, the working slope slides more smoothly, and the mandrel expands and contracts more flexibly. . In addition, the copper-inlaid sliding plate reduces the wear on the principal axis, the segment plate and the inclined-wedge, and the copper sliding plate itself is easily replaced after wear. After the expansion and contraction cylinder and the rotary joint are connected to the hydraulic system,the tie rod is driven to move axially, thereby driving the inclined-wedge to move axially, and the segment plate to move radially to realize the expansion and contraction of the mandrel.
