A Our factory locates in Jiyuan city, Henan province, close to Zhengzhou city and Luoyang city; you could reach Zhengzhou city or Luoyang city, we will arrange car to pick you up.

A For special reasons, our engineers are available online to help you with installation and operation.
Q How long does it take form an order till a delivery?
A Actually, it depends on order situation, usually, for spare parts, it takes 3 months, for mandrel, it takes 4 months, for tension reel, payoff reel, it takes 5~6 months,etc.
Q What is the order process for customized products?
A send required specification and demand-----offer with design or reference photo----purchasing order----advance payment----production----balance payment
Q What is the order process for OEM products?
A send drawing to enquiry---offer----purchasing order----advance payment----production----balance payment---delivery----installation.
Q Is that possible to get a quotation even without drawing?
A Yes, as a manufacturer, we response you with our experience and technologies, if you don’t have any drawing, please supply necessary parameters, then we could give our quotation based on our design.
Q What is application for tension reel payoff reel？
A The payoff reel and tension reel are applied to line production for steel, aluminum, and copper alloy mostly, such as cold /hot rolling mill, continuous pickling line, continuous galvanizing line, annealing line, slitting line, cut to length line,color coating line, etc.
