Mandrel drum sector plate for galvanized wire

This product is an important part of galvanized wire reel. The outer arc of the sector plate is the working surface that is directly contacted when the reel is working, so its strength and precision requirements are quite high. The raw material ***** high alloy steel, which meets the national secondary standard and ultrasonic flaw detection, guarantees the strength level of raw material. The outer arc of the sector plate is processed together after the combination of four pieces so that the consistency of the outer circle size is good and the value of the roll runout is small when used, which is a good solution to the problem of large runout value. And the working surface of the outer arc of the sector plate can be specially treated according to the different needs of different customers (such as electroplating, nitriding, and other requirements) to increase the wear resistance of the sector plate, greatly extending the service life of the sector plate.  The process route is mature, processed by CNC machining center, processing precision is high, well meet the needs of the majority of customers.
