Steel Strip Cold Rolled Coil Mandrel- Octagonal Shaft Structure

Main components: support head, spindle, sector plate, inclined wedge, etc. The spindle and the inclined wedge are 42CrMo high alloy forgings with tempering treatment, and the inclined wedge working slope and bottom surface are set with copper slide plate to increase the wear resistance of the workpiece, and make the working slope slide more smoothly when the reel is up and down and the reel is more flexible. And the copper sliding plate reduces the wear and tear on the spindle, sector plate and wedge, and the copper sliding plate itself is easy to replace after wear. The sector plate adopts electroplating technology, and the up and down cylinder and rotary joint drive the tie rod to do axial movement after passing into the hydraulic system, thus driving the slanting wedge to do axial movement and the sector plate to do radial movement to realize the core shaft expansion and reduction.
